I had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, with breathtaking mountain views from the balconies. The service was impeccable and the staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The room was spacious and modern, providing enhanced comfort and relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the wellness areas, including the spa, sauna, and indoor swimming pool. It was the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate after a long day of activities.

The breakfast buffet had a decent selection of sweet and salty foods. the location of the hotel was great, nestled in the beautiful alpine valley. the best aspect of the hotel was the warm salt pool outside that offered a stunning view over the serene valley.
The labyrinth of corridors connecting the separate buildings was confusing and overwhelming. Everywhere was too hot, and the bathtub without a shower meant we had to take our shower awkwardly sitting in the tub.

The surrounding mountains were breathtaking, and there were plenty of walking paths nearby. The swimming pools were clean and inviting, and the outdoor sliders were fantastic. The 5-course dinners were amazing, and there were always two delicious options to choose from.
Some members of the staff were sexist, and we could hear everything from neighboring rooms and the hallway. The table soccer, air hockey, and bowling were broken or in disrepair.

We had a fantastic family vacation at this Alpine resort located in a charming village surrounded by nature. the renovated rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities. the staff was polite and attentive to our needs, especially when it came to accommodating our child's dietary restrictions. We loved the variety of activities offered, including bike rentals, walking paths, and kid's clubs. the pool and waterslide area were a hit with our family!
The noise level during meal times was a bit overwhelming due to the size of the resort, but overall, it didn't detract from our wonderful vacation.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, going out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Every morning, there was a diverse and delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of food options. The hotel facilities were immaculate, with a beautiful pool and a relaxing spa. The location was stunning, surrounded by scenic mountains and plenty of walking paths to explore.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
